When will I get my order?

Its takes 3-7 days to forfill and order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. But the following estimates as follows:

USA 5-10 business days

Internations: 4-6 weeks

We work with on demand order fulfillment companies world wide.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can be occur on international orders. This fee in not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs office fees vary widely so please check with your local custom office for more information about fees.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us. Please do the following:

* Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes on the delivery address

*Ask your local post office if they have your package

*Stop by your neighbour to check to see if the courier left it by them if safe to do so.

If your shipping address was correct and the package was not at your local post office or at your neighbours. Please send an email with your order number to remindmylife@gmail.com.
